This electro collar is handmade of genuine, sturdy harness leather and has a lining of nappa leather on the inside. It is adjustable using a metal buckle on the back.

Wear the collar tight to the skin to apply the stimulating shock.  Do not use it if the skin is broken or irritated, if you have heart problems or are pregnant.
