    Payments: We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, and $US Wire Transfers (please inquire).

    Shipping Methods: We ship via First Class International, International Priority Mail or EMS (Express Mail Service) via the U.S. Postal Service. High value items may be shipped via UPS and require a delivery signature. Some large or heavy items may require additional postage. In this case, we charge only what we are charged from the United States Postal Service plus a small handling charge. If you would like a shipping quote, email us. (Please include the items you would like to order and your full address).

    Transit Time: First Class International and Global Priority Mail is typically 4-6 business days, but can take up to 6 weeks depending on the destination country’s postal system and customs. Express Mail Service (EMS), average transit time is 4 days or sooner, up to10 days.

    Customs Information: Customs duties may or may not be imposed by import authorities in your country. These fees are your responsibility, and are not included in our shipping charges. Most countries do not collect them consistently on small parcels. All seem to demand them from time to time, and rates vary by country, item, and the customs officials. Packages may be opened for inspection. Unfortunately we have no control over this. All orders are shipped in plain packaging using a return address of “The W P Store, LLC.” We must include a vague description of the contents on all international orders. Our descriptions are truthful but discreet. For example, metal costume jewelry, leather collar, nylon shirt, etc.

    On very rare occasions, international shipments from us have been stopped or seized by customs, sometimes significantly delayed in shipment, or even lost. Usually, with customs seizures, we are at least able to get this merchandise back, in which case we are happy to issue a credit or refund to the purchaser. Please be aware that we will not issue refunds/credits for seized items that are not returned to us. We do not accept responsibility for lost or long-delayed orders.
